Post Secondary Education

Helping students develop a plan that indentifies both their educational and social needs and interests. With help, the student will identify and develop the needed supports, services and agencies that can collaborate with the student in order for them to achieve the most positive outcomes and enhance their college experience.

Staff will help identify the supports needed with time management and organization, accessing the campus and campus familiarity (counselors, college offices, college clubs, college activities, etc.). Staff will help the student with identifying the various needed academic supports systems available on campus and how to develop relationships with them so that they may gain the most from those supports.
